Ingredients
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 2 cans corn, cream-style
- 2 10 oz. cans red enchilada sauce
- 1 sm. can green chiles
- 1 10 oz. cans chunk white chicken, undrained
- 1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
How To Make enchilada pasta soup

Step 1Combine broth, corn, enchilada sauce and chiles; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add remaining soup ingredients. Reduce heat to low; simmer 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.

Step 2Garnish with sour cream, co-jack cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
