This is a greek soup. I got it from a lady I used to date many years ago.

Ingredients

1 qt
chicken broth
c
cooked rice
c
cooked pieces of chicken cut small
1/2 c
chopped celery
1/2 c
chopped carrots
1/2 c
chopped onions
chicken base to taste

eggs whipped and temper it in.
lemon juice to taste

How to Make Egg Lemon Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1Add all except lemon juice & eggs to a stock pot. Simmer until veggies are cooked. Add the lemon juice to your taste .1 like it tangy. Then add the eggs stirring as you add it. It will look a little creamy Add more lemon juice if you like. This is one different & good soup. ENJOY
