Ingredients
- 1 quart chicken broth
- cup cooked rice
- cup cooked pieces of chicken cut small
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- - chicken base to taste
- 3 - eggs whipped and temper it in.
- - lemon juice to taste
How To Make egg lemon soup

Step 1Add all except lemon juice & eggs to a stock pot. Simmer until veggies are cooked. Add the lemon juice to your taste .1 like it tangy. Then add the eggs stirring as you add it. It will look a little creamy Add more lemon juice if you like. This is one different & good soup. ENJOY
