This is so good, healthy and easy to make. In 20 minutes you can have a hearty noodle soup that warms you on these cold days. Throw in some sirracha sauce if you want to kick it up a bit.Freezes well also

16 c
chicken broth
2 Tbsp
chicken soup base or bouillon
1 large
chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
1 Tbsp
olive oil
1 Tbsp
each garlic paste and ginger paste
juice of two limes
3 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 bag(s)
mann's brand broccoli coleslaw mix
1 bunch
green onions chopped
1 c
fresh cilantro chopped
8 oz
angel hair pasta cooked and drained


1Heat the chicken broth with the chicken base until base in well incorporated. Add the garlic and ginger paste. Add soy sauce and lime juice . Bring to a simmer and simmer while browning chicken.
2Add oil to a skillet and brown the chicken. Add chicken to chicken broth. Pour in bag of vegetables. Cook until vegetables are softened about 5 minutes. Add noodles, green onions and cilantro. warm through
