- 16 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons chicken soup base or bouillon
- 1 large chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon each garlic paste and ginger paste
- - juice of two limes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 bag mann's brand broccoli coleslaw mix
- 1 bunch green onions chopped
- 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta cooked and drained
How To Make easy thai inspired chicken noodle soup

Step 1Heat the chicken broth with the chicken base until base in well incorporated. Add the garlic and ginger paste. Add soy sauce and lime juice . Bring to a simmer and simmer while browning chicken.

Step 2Add oil to a skillet and brown the chicken. Add chicken to chicken broth. Pour in bag of vegetables. Cook until vegetables are softened about 5 minutes. Add noodles, green onions and cilantro. warm through
