Ingredients

  • 2 packages chicken gravy
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 boxes chickeen broth
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 6-8 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups instand rice
  • 1 bag mixed peas and carrots
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups dicd celery
  • - salt, pepper and garlic poweder to taste
  • 4-5 cups diced chicken

How To Make easy peazy chicken and rice soup

  • Step 1
    Take a large pot and add the boxes of chicken stock, diced onion and diced celery. Bring to medium high heat.
  • Step 2
    In a seperate pot make instant gravy mix useing one cup cold water and one cup half and half.
  • Step 3
    After gravy is done add to soup base with seasonings,water and undiluted cream of chicken soup, mix well
  • Step 4
    Add frozen peas and carrots, chicken and rice, stir and simmer! more water can be added if too rich for your likeing, as well as less water if you want it thicker, enjoy!
