chicken gravy

cream of chicken soup
2 box
chickeen broth
1 c
half and half
6-8 c
1 1/2 c
instand rice
1 bag(s)
mixed peas and carrots
1 c
diced onion
2 c
dicd celery
salt, pepper and garlic poweder to taste
4-5 c
diced chicken


1Take a large pot and add the boxes of chicken stock, diced onion and diced celery. Bring to medium high heat.
2In a seperate pot make instant gravy mix useing one cup cold water and one cup half and half.
3After gravy is done add to soup base with seasonings,water and undiluted cream of chicken soup, mix well
4Add frozen peas and carrots, chicken and rice, stir and simmer! more water can be added if too rich for your likeing, as well as less water if you want it thicker, enjoy!
