Ingredients

roasted chicken - the ones from your grocery store work great!
1 bag(s)
peas and carrots, frozen
2 Lg can(s)
chicken broth
1 bag(s)
essenhaus homestyle noodles (dumpling)
2
chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 Tbsp
parsley flakes
1 Tbsp
sunny spain spice ( from penzeys spices co.)
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Easy Chicken & Dumpling Noodle Soup

Step-by-Step

  • 1In lg. stock pot, add chicken broth and bouillon cubes. Bring to simmer. Remove all chicken from the bone. Place in pot. Add peas and carrots, parsley flakes and spices.
  • 2Bring to boil. Reduce heat and add noodles. Cook additional 20 min for noodles to be tender.
