easy chicken & dumpling noodle soup

This Recipe is super easy and taste great! Left over roasted chicken one Sunday is how this came to be. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and friends do.

Ingredients

  • 1 large roasted chicken - the ones from your grocery store work great!
  • 1 bag peas and carrots, frozen
  • 2 Lg cans chicken broth
  • 1 bag essenhaus homestyle noodles (dumpling)
  • 2 - chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon sunny spain spice ( from penzeys spices co.)
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make easy chicken & dumpling noodle soup

  • Step 1
    In lg. stock pot, add chicken broth and bouillon cubes. Bring to simmer. Remove all chicken from the bone. Place in pot. Add peas and carrots, parsley flakes and spices.
  • Step 2
    Bring to boil. Reduce heat and add noodles. Cook additional 20 min for noodles to be tender. Enjoy
