Ingredients

1 largeroasted chicken - the ones from your grocery store work great!

1 bag(s)peas and carrots, frozen

2 Lg can(s)chicken broth
-
1 bag(s)essenhaus homestyle noodles (dumpling)

2chicken bouillon cubes
-
1 1/2 Tbspparsley flakes
-
1 Tbspsunny spain spice ( from penzeys spices co.)

·salt and pepper to taste
How to Make Easy Chicken & Dumpling Noodle Soup
- In lg. stock pot, add chicken broth and bouillon cubes. Bring to simmer. Remove all chicken from the bone. Place in pot. Add peas and carrots, parsley flakes and spices.
- Bring to boil. Reduce heat and add noodles. Cook additional 20 min for noodles to be tender.
