This is an easy soup to make and tastes delicious. Especially good when it's a rainy or cold wintry day. Freezes well.

chopped cooked chicken
1 can(s)
cream of potato soup
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
mexican style corn
1 can(s)
chopped green chiles
1 (4 oz) can(s)
sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 c
1 c
chicken broth
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 c
sliced green onions

How to Make Easy Chicken Chowder


  • 1Combine chicken, potato soup, chicken soup, corn, green chiles, mushrooms, milk and chicken broth in stockpot. Cook over medium heat for 5-8 min, heating thoroughly, and stirring occasionally.
  • 2Remove from heat. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Ladle into soup bowls. Garnish with green onions, optional. Yield: 8 servings
