Easy Chicken and Vegetable Soup
3 can(s)cut white potatoes drained
2 can(s)green beans drained
2 can(s)yellow corn drained
2 can(s)sweet peas drained
4boneless skinless chicken breast
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
How to Make Easy Chicken and Vegetable Soup
- Boil and shred boneless chicken breast. Make sure to reserve 1 and a half cups of the broth.
- In a large pot mix all of your drained canned vegetables, shredded chicken, both soups and your reserved chicken broth
- Cook until everything is warm. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy! I like serving with a side of biscuits.
