easy chicken and vegetable soup
I first made this when I was getting over a very rough cold and did not feel like prepping fresh veggies. It's very good for a low budget meal because it's still very filling! It's the perfect soup to warm you up and make you feel better and super duper easy to make!

Ingredients
- 3 cans cut white potatoes drained
- 2 cans green beans drained
- 2 cans yellow corn drained
- 2 cans sweet peas drained
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
How To Make easy chicken and vegetable soup

Step 1Boil and shred boneless chicken breast. Make sure to reserve 1 and a half cups of the broth.

Step 2In a large pot mix all of your drained canned vegetables, shredded chicken, both soups and your reserved chicken broth

Step 3Cook until everything is warm. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy! I like serving with a side of biscuits.
