easy chicken and dumplings
I grew up with what I now call 'Yankee' dumplings (they cook on top of the stew). But my son and I lived in Louisiana and fell in love with what we call 'Southern' dumplings. I like my dumplings either way, and my son prefers 'Southern'. As long as it 'floats' in your soup!
