Drunken Chicken Soup

Ingredients

3 clovegarlic, minced

1 largeonion, very thinly sliced

·olive oil, as needed

1 jar(s)vodka sauce (prego 24 ozs)

1 boxswanson chicken broth (32 ozs)

1 can(s)10 oz chicken, drained & cubed
-
2 cfarfalle pasta, cooked according to directions
-
1 cwhole milk
-
·parmesan cheese
-
·salt and cracked pepper
How to Make Drunken Chicken Soup
- Start with a little olive oil in bottom of soup pot, add minced garlic & thinly sliced onion. Saute till soft. Onion translucent.
- Meanwhile in another pot cook farfalle according to package directions.
- Drain canned chicken, chop coarsely. Add to pot with onions & garlic. Heat, let brown slightly. Salt & pepper to taste.
- Add the chicken broth. Add jar of Vodka sauce, and 1 cup milk. Drain, pasta and add to pot. Let it gently warm through, scoop up into individual bowls. Top with parm & more cracked sea salt & cracked pepper as desired. Enjoy!
