Very easy soup to put together - I like that there are not tons of ingredients. You could also make this on the stove top, just use precooked chicken and let the soup cook over medium-low heat for about 30 minutes.

Ingredients
- 3 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can rotel (not drained)
- 1 cup corn, frozen (can use 1 can corn)
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
How To Make crockpot chicken taco soup

Step 1Put uncooked chicken in bottom of crock pot. Top with beans, Rotel and corn.

Step 2Combine chicken broth and chicken soup. Mix taco seasoning and ranch dressing into broth/soup mixture. Pour over ingredients in the crock pot.

Step 3Cook on low 8 hours. Pull chicken from crockpot, shred and add back to crockpot.

Step 4Serve with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese and corn chips.
