Slow Cooker Crock Pot


2 Tbsp
butter or margerine
chicken, boneless thighs or breasts
1/2 c
diced onion
1 c
diced celery
1 bag(s)
baby carrots
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
2 can(s)
grand biscuits, (small cans)


1Place chicken, Cream of Chicken Soup, butter, celery and carrots in crockpot. I cut the chicken into bite size pieces. Add enough water to cover the ingredients. Put lid on. Cook on high for 5-6 hours.
2During the last 30 minutes, cut biscuits into quarter sized pieces. Drop into soup mix, cover and cook the last 30 minutes. Optional: I had a tablespoon of parsley in the beginning. Salt and pepper to taste.
