I ask my neighbor to give me the turkey bones after she bakes it. She always leaves meat on it, so the soup is really tasty.

Ingredients
- 2 boxes chicken stock
- 1 packet Lipton mushroom and onion soup mix
- 1/2 box bow tie noodles
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
How To Make creamy turkey carcass soup

Step 1Put turkey carcass in a large slow cooker. Mine is 7 quarts.

Step 2Add two boxes of chicken stock. Let simmer on low all night.

Step 3In the morning, fish out the bones.

Step 4Add the bow tie noodles, one pouch of Lipton Mushroom and Onion soup mix, salt and pepper, and carton of heavy cream.

Step 5Simmer another two hours. Then put soup in bowls and enjoy!
