Ingredients
- 1/4-1/2 pound bacon, cut in pieces
- 2 tablespoons onion, diced/minced
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cans milk (measured in emptied soup can)
- 1 can cooked wild rice, drained
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed (rotisserie chicken works well)
- 1 bag shredded carrots
- 4 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
- - black pepper (to taste)
- - italian seasoning (to taste)
How To Make creamy chicken wild rice soup

Step 1Brown and crisp bacon in pan with onion; drain.

Step 2Boil or steam carrots to soften them.

Step 3Add all ingredients to a large pot. Stir, combine, and heat (don't boil) to melt cheese. You can add more or less cheese to taste.

Step 4You can also put all ingredients into a crock pot instead of doing it on the stovetop. This recipe doubles very easily.
