Ingredients
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups chicken broth, low salt
- 2 medium potatoes cut in 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken breast
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon each of parsley and chives chopped
How To Make creamy chicken potato soup

Step 1In large saucepan saute onion in butter until tender stir in broth and potatoes, bring to a boil, turn down heat, cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until taters are tender,,,stir in chicken.

Step 2In small bowl combine the flour and milk and whisk until smooth, pour into pot and add the evaporated milk...bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes until thickened..Sprinkle with parsley and chives when serving.
