My daughter came home from school for spring break with a cold. I wanted to make her a quick chicken noodle soup. This one is quick and easy but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen!

onion, chopped
celery stalks, chopped
bag of egg noodles
2 can(s)
cream of chicken soup, fat-free
2 c
cooked chicken, cubed (i bought a roasted chicken from the store and used that)
1 pt
fat-free half and half
1 pkg
dry ranch seasoning mix

How to Make Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup


  • 1Bring chicken broth, carrots, onions and celery to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook in the broth until noodles are tender.
  • 2Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken, half and half, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine and cook until heated through.
