Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

My daughter came home from school for spring break with a cold. I wanted to make her a quick chicken noodle soup. This one is quick and easy but tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen!
Ingredients

32 ozbox chicken broth
-
1/2 ccarrots, chopped
-
1/2onion, chopped
-
2celery stalks, chopped
-
smallbag of egg noodles
-
2 can(s)cream of chicken soup, fat-free
-
2 ccooked chicken, cubed (i bought a roasted chicken from the store and used that)

1 ptfat-free half and half
-
1 pkgdry ranch seasoning mix
How to Make Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup
- Bring chicken broth, carrots, onions and celery to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook in the broth until noodles are tender.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, chicken, half and half, and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine and cook until heated through.
