Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
- dash pepper
How To Make cream of chicken soup

Step 1In a large saucepan melt butter or margarine.

Step 2Stir in flour.

Step 3Stir in milk, cream and broth.

Step 4Cook and stir until mixture is slightly thickened.

Step 5Reduce heat.

Step 6Add chicken and pepper.
