"cream of" chicken noodle soup
When dad was in the hospital in March of 2018, a neighbor brought over this great soup. He says the chicken is grilled, use whatever pasta on hand, and veggies. I think he froze the quart size bag he delivered, with directive to add a can of chicken broth. Thank you Bob Mitchell for dad enjoying this soup for many meals! It is amazingly good this way.

Ingredients
- - pan grilled chicken, chopped (or grilled on grill if you want)
- - onion, chopped
- - carrots, chopped
- - 3 color pasta twists, cooked
- - stelline pasta, cooked (do not substitute)
- - chicken broth
- - celery, chopped, optional
- - peas, corn, other veggies you like
- - mushrooms, diced incredibly fine, like large pin head size, optional
- - additional chicken broth as needed
How To Make "cream of" chicken noodle soup

Step 1Cook chicken and pastas. Saute raw veggies until desired tenderness. Add chicken and pasta to pan.

Step 2When reheating the noodles will make the soup thicker like a cream style soup. Keep extra broth on hand.
