Ingredients
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 large carrots diced
- 2 large russet potatoes cubed
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups cooked chicken cubed
- - salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/3 cup flour
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- - fresh parsley for serving
How To Make cream cheese chicken soup

Step 1Add butter to a large pot. Saute the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and saute 1 minutes. Deglaze the pan with the white wine. Let most evaporate.

Step 2Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add the carrot and potatoes and cook until the potatoes are soft. Add the chicken.

Step 3Mix the flour with the heavy cream. Stir into the soup. Add the cream cheese cubed and cook until cheese is all melted. Taste and season with salt and pepper

Step 4Serve garnished with parsley.
