- 3 cups chicken broth
- 8 1/4 ounces cream-style corn
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 2 - egg whites
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
How To Make chinese chicken corn soup

Step 1Combine chicken broth, corn and chicken pieces in a large saucepan.

Step 2Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Blend cornstarch with cold water and add to soup.

Step 4Continue cooking, uncoverd, for 3 minutes.

Step 5Beat egg whites untill foamy; stir into soup.

Step 6Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until foamy.

Step 7Ladle soup into individual bowls and garnish with parsley.
