1 Tbspcornstarch

2 Tbspcold water

2egg whites

2 Tbspfresh parsley, minced
How To Make chinese chicken corn soup

1Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

2Blend cornstarch with cold water and add to soup.

3Continue cooking, uncoverd, for 3 minutes.

4Beat egg whites untill foamy; stir into soup.

5Reduce heat to a simmer and cook until foamy.

6Ladle soup into individual bowls and garnish with parsley.

7Serve hot.

8Combine chicken broth, corn and chicken pieces in a large saucepan.
