Chicky Cheese Soup with A Kick
This soup is my modified version of Campbell's recipe for Cheesy Chicken Chowder.
1 can(s)campbells condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 can(s)campbells fiesta nacho cheese soup
1soup can of heavy cream
1/2soup can of milk
1 1/2 cpicante sauce (medium heat)
1 mediumred bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsphot sauce
1/2 cgreen onions sliced (about 5 or 6)
2 can(s)chicken breasts packed in water (12.5 oz can)
How to Make Chicky Cheese Soup with A Kick
- Heat soups, heavy cream, milk, picante sauce, bell pepper, hot sauce and onions in 3 quart pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat to low, cook for 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir occasionally.
- Break down large chunks of chicken. Add chicken to soup and cook until all is hot and bubbly.
