Ingredients
- MISO BROTH
- 2 cups cooked chicken diced
- 1 large carrot cut into matchsticks
- 6 scallions chopped
- 8 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup white miso
- SESAME DUMPLINGS
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon black and white sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon each salt and garlic powder
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons each melted butter and tahini
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- cilantro and lime wedges for serving
How To Make chicken with sesame dumplings in miso broth

Step 1Place the stock into a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce the heat and stir in the miso and cook until well incorporated. Add in the chicken, carrots and scallions. Reduce the heat to low and simmer while making the dumplings.

Step 2Combine the flour, baking powder, sesame seeds, salt and garlic powder. Mix well. Add the milk, butter, tahini and sesame oil. Mix well.

Step 3Drop by small spoonfulls into the broth and place lid on top and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until dumplings are done.

Step 4Ladle the soup into bowls and garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedge
