I got this recipe from a neighbor a long time ago. Our family loves it. It can be made more healthy by ladling it over rice instead of Frito corn chips.

Ingredients
- - chicken: i use canned, left over, or i cook 2-3 chicken breast halves
- 1 can ro-tel tomatoes
- 1 large box chicken broth
- 2 cups fiesta blend cheese
- 1 - bag frito lay corn chips
- - chopped cilantro
How To Make chicken tortilla soup

Step 1Pour broth into a med-large sauce pan. Add cooked chicken, tomatoes, and cilantro. Bring to a boil then simmer for 15-20 minutes (until flavors are combined)

Step 2Put a handful of chips and a sprinkling of cheese in each bowl. Ladle soup over the chips and cheese. Enjoy!
