I learned this recipe from a co-worker, Jane O during a blood drive lucheon. It is fast and very good. Great to warm bellies up on a cold winter day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans nacho or fiesta soup
  • 2 cans enchilada sauce (mild, medium or hot)
  • 4 cups milk

How To Make chicken tortilla soup

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingrediants together in a 6-quart crockpot and turn on low. Boil chicken till done and shred into soup when cool enough to handle.
  • Step 2
    Serve with shredded cheese, tortilla chips and green onions.
