I found a recipe but didn't care for it so added my own....I hope you like it!!! I took it into work to share and everyone loved it!!!

Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken breasts cooked and diced
  • 1 large
    onion, diced
  • 7 oz
    can green chiles
  • 24 oz
    can petite diced tomatoes
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of celery soup
  • 2 can(s)
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    taco seasoning
  • 2 c
    medium salsa

How to Make Chicken Tortilla Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all soups in pot. Stir until well blended. Add chicken broth, seasonings, tomatoes, onion, chiles, salsa. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add chicken and simmer for another hour. Serve with sour cream, cheedar cheese and tortilla chips.
