chicken tortellini soup
I saw a recipe for this soup but it had ingredients that I could not have because of dietary restrictions. So I created this one and I must say, it does not last in our house. Great with homemade rolls. My husband can't get enough of it!

Ingredients
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cups frozen peas
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 12 ounces frozen cheese tortellini
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make chicken tortellini soup

Step 1In large dutch oven, bring broth and water to boil; add cubed chicken. Reduce heat; cook for 10-20 minutes.

Step 2Add rest of ingredients; cook 10-15 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are tender.
