I love Italian food and this chicken tortellini soup is so good. It's especially good when the weather is cold outside. Sitting by the fireplace, wrapped in a blanket and eating a bowl of this soup will make good memories to fall back on. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 4 cans condensed campbell chicken broth (10 1/2 oz ea.)
  • 3 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked, about 4 cups
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz ea)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 16 ounces pkg of frozen mixture of cauliflower, broccoli and carrots.
  • 1 package cheese tortellini (8oz)
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped

How To Make chicken tortellini soup

  • Step 1
    In a large saucepan, combine water, chicken broth, chicken, cream of chicken soup, onion, garlic, basil and oregano. Cover and bring to a boil. Add vegetables and tortellini; cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls. Garnish with cheese and diced tomatoes.
