I just threw stuff in the crock pot today to see what came out. Pretty tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast cutlet, cubed
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, cut half-wise then sliced
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup rice (i used brown rice, my preference, but you can use white or basmati)
  • 3 ounces pkg of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard

How To Make chicken stroganoff soup

  • Step 1
    throw it all (except rice) in the slow-cooker, set it on high for 6hrs. At about the 5hr mark, stir and add rice.
