Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast cutlet, cubed
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, cut half-wise then sliced
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup rice (i used brown rice, my preference, but you can use white or basmati)
- 3 ounces pkg of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
How To Make chicken stroganoff soup

Step 1throw it all (except rice) in the slow-cooker, set it on high for 6hrs. At about the 5hr mark, stir and add rice.
