Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 1/2 lb
    chicken breast cutlet, cubed
  • 8 oz
    mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small
    onion, cut half-wise then sliced
  • 2 c
    chicken stock
  • 1/2 c
    rice (i used brown rice, my preference, but you can use white or basmati)
  • 3 oz
    pkg of cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard

How to Make Chicken stroganoff soup


  1. throw it all (except rice) in the slow-cooker, set it on high for 6hrs. At about the 5hr mark, stir and add rice.
