chicken soup in a pinch....
chicken was cooked stock was made went to get noodles for it was out of noodles so i grabbed whole wheat spag..... turned out great

Ingredients
- 4 large chicken thighs
- 3 quarts water
- 2 small carrots,grated fine
- 1 small green bell pepper,diced fine
- 2 large green onions,diced fine
- 1/2 pound whole wheat spaghetti
- 1 pint 1/2 and 1/2
- SPICES
- 1 tablespoon mrs dash onion blend
- 1 tablespoon mrs dash garlic blend
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried celery leaves
- 1 tablespoon dried chives
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon dried sage
- - seasoned salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
How To Make chicken soup in a pinch....

Step 1put water in lg stock pot bring to boil add chicken pieces boil hard 5 min while they boil mix all spices together set aside

Step 2once chicken has boiled 5 min turn pot to simmer add spices set timmer to 45 min cover pot cook chicken til timmer goes off add veggies cook bout 15 min uncovered....

Step 3now remove chicken from stock put chicken in fridge to cool enough to debone turn stock up deduce by bout 1/2 add chicken back to stock bring to boil add spag cook and stir 15-20 min[til spag very tender]

Step 4now add 12 and 1/2 bring jus to a boil and serve....served it with whole wheat saltines[and added to salt to soup]
