Not a huge soup maker but I do love this one with the heavy egg noodles.

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon parsley and basil
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken shredded or cubed
  • 2 - boillan cubes chicken
  • 1 - potato peeled and diced small
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped small
  • 3 stalks celery chopped small
  • 4 - carrots choopped small
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packages tom ramen chicken soup spice packets
  • 1 - 8 oz bag of noodles

How To Make chicken soup

  • Step 1
    Add all ingredients as listed except the noodles. Bring to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Reduce to low and simmer 40 minutes. Add noodles and continue to simmer 15 minutes or longer if they are the thicker egg noodles.
