an easy soup recipe that my whole family loves i serve it with matzah balls.

Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken necks
  • 3 - turkey necks
  • 7 - carrots chopped
  • 3 - parsnips chopped
  • 5 - celery stalks
  • 1 medium bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 medium onion peeled and left whole
  • 4 cloves of garlic smashed
  • 2 - leeks just the white part chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
  • - salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill

How To Make chicken soup

  • Step 1
    add all the veggies to a large stock pot fill with water and bring to a boil. when boiling add the spices and the chicken and turkey necks. lower the heat and simmer , the longer the better. refridge over night , skim off the fat and reheat. enjoy !
