Ingredients
- 6 - chicken necks
- 3 - turkey necks
- 7 - carrots chopped
- 3 - parsnips chopped
- 5 - celery stalks
- 1 medium bell pepper cut into chunks
- 1 medium onion peeled and left whole
- 4 cloves of garlic smashed
- 2 - leeks just the white part chopped
- 2 tablespoons chicken soup powder
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
How To Make chicken soup

Step 1add all the veggies to a large stock pot fill with water and bring to a boil. when boiling add the spices and the chicken and turkey necks. lower the heat and simmer , the longer the better. refridge over night , skim off the fat and reheat. enjoy !
