an easy soup recipe that my whole family loves i serve it with matzah balls.

    chicken necks
  • 3
    turkey necks
  • 7
    carrots chopped
  • 3
    parsnips chopped
  • 5
    celery stalks
  • 1 medium
    bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 medium
    onion peeled and left whole
  • 4 clove
    of garlic smashed
  • 2
    leeks just the white part chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    chicken soup powder
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 2 tsp
    dried dill

How to Make chicken soup


  1. add all the veggies to a large stock pot fill with water and bring to a boil. when boiling add the spices and the chicken and turkey necks. lower the heat and simmer , the longer the better. refridge over night , skim off the fat and reheat. enjoy !
