Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can chili beans (white)
- 1 can kernel corn (drained)
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 quart chicken broth, low salt
- 1 jar salsa verde
- 1 can black beans, canned
How To Make chicken salsa verde soup

Step 1Shred up chicken, and place in crock pot or dutch oven on stove top. (I have also used three cooked chicken breasts when I did not have a rotisserie chicken)

Step 2Drain corn, and pour over chicken.

Step 3Rinse and drain black beans, and pour over chicken.

Step 4Add all other canned ingredients.

Step 5Pour salsa verde over everything.

Step 6Pour chicken broth over everything, and stir well.

Step 7Cook for 4 hours on high in crockpot OR 1 hour on stovetop.
