Chicken Stock or broth
3/4 c
diced onion
3/4 c
diced celery
1 Tbsp
minced garlic
2 oz
dried egg noodles, cooked al dente
2 c
shredded cooked chicken
1 small
lemon, cut into slices

How to Make Chicken Noodle Soup


  • 1Bring Stock to boil for 2 minutes in a large covered stockpot over high heat.
  • 2Add onion, celery, and garlic, lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • 3Add shredded precooked chicken and al dente egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4Serve in bowl and garnish with a slice of lemon.
