4 cChicken Stock or broth
3/4 cdiced onion
3/4 cdiced celery
1 Tbspminced garlic
2 ozdried egg noodles, cooked al dente
2 cshredded cooked chicken
1 smalllemon, cut into slices
How to Make Chicken Noodle Soup
- Bring Stock to boil for 2 minutes in a large covered stockpot over high heat.
- Add onion, celery, and garlic, lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add shredded precooked chicken and al dente egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve in bowl and garnish with a slice of lemon.
