- 4 cups Chicken Stock or broth
- 3/4 cup diced onion
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 ounces dried egg noodles, cooked al dente
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 small lemon, cut into slices
How To Make chicken noodle soup

Step 1Bring Stock to boil for 2 minutes in a large covered stockpot over high heat.

Step 2Add onion, celery, and garlic, lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 3Add shredded precooked chicken and al dente egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 4Serve in bowl and garnish with a slice of lemon.
