  • 4 c
    Chicken Stock or broth
  • 3/4 c
    diced onion
  • 3/4 c
    diced celery
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 2 oz
    dried egg noodles, cooked al dente
  • 2 c
    shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 small
    lemon, cut into slices

How to Make Chicken Noodle Soup


  1. Bring Stock to boil for 2 minutes in a large covered stockpot over high heat.
  2. Add onion, celery, and garlic, lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Add shredded precooked chicken and al dente egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve in bowl and garnish with a slice of lemon.
