My mom amd grandmother would always make this soup when we got sick. It seemed to help us alot. Love this soup.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken, boneless and skinless cut up into bite size
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 large carrot, sliced
- 5 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 package sazon goya optional but adds a great flavor.
- 2 - chicken bouillon cubes
- dash pepper
- 2 pinches salt
- 6 ounces spaghetti noodles broke in half
How To Make chicken noodle soup

Step 1Make sure chicken is cut up into bite size pieces. Boil chicken in water, add onion, garlic, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper in a large stock pot or whatever you cook your soups in. Cook for about 35 minutes.

Step 2When chicken is done, add everything else except the pasta (Noodles). When carrots and potatoes are done add Pasta. Cook as directed (about 8 minutes)depending on what type of pasta you use.

Step 3Serve Hot. Can be served with lemon or lime, crackers, grilled cheese sandwich, cuban bread, or what ever you like.
