My mom amd grandmother would always make this soup when we got sick. It seemed to help us alot. Love this soup.

chicken, boneless and skinless cut up into bite size
1 medium
onion, chopped
4 large
carrot, sliced
5 medium
potatoes, cubed
garlic cloves, chopped
2 stalk(s)
celery, chopped
1 pkg
sazon goya optional but adds a great flavor.
chicken bouillon cubes
2 pinch
6 oz
spaghetti noodles broke in half

How to Make Chicken Noodle Soup


  • 1Make sure chicken is cut up into bite size pieces. Boil chicken in water, add onion, garlic, bouillon cubes, salt and pepper in a large stock pot or whatever you cook your soups in. Cook for about 35 minutes.
  • 2When chicken is done, add everything else except the pasta (Noodles). When carrots and potatoes are done add Pasta. Cook as directed (about 8 minutes)depending on what type of pasta you use.
  • 3Serve Hot. Can be served with lemon or lime, crackers, grilled cheese sandwich, cuban bread, or what ever you like.
