Ingredients

- 1 cup mixed vegetables, frozen
- 1/3 cup macaroni, dry
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 - bay leaf
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 3/4 cup chicken, cooked and chopped
How To Make chicken macaroni stew

Step 1Break up large pieces of tomatoes.

Step 2Place all ingredients except chicken into saucepan; Bring to a boil.

Step 3Reduce heat and boil gently, uncovered, until macaroni is tender--about 15 minutes - Stir several times to prevent macaroni from sticking.

Step 4Add chicken and heat to serving temperature.

Step 5Remove bay leaf.
