  • 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 14 oz cans sweet corn
  • 1 small can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 small can red enchilada sauce
  • 1 large can chicken
  • 1 cup salsa

How To Make chicken enchilada soup

  • Step 1
    Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 3 hrs.
  • Step 2
    Serve with sour cream, salsa, cheddar cheese and tortilla chips.
