    vegetable oil
  • 6 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    instant bouillon
  • 2 c
    broccoli flowerets
  • 2 c
    carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 c
    red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • ·
    "just a pinch" of salt

How to Make Chicken Country Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. In a large kettle or dutch oven, brown chicken in oil.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
  4. Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
