Chicken Country Soup

Ingredients

  •   1 lb
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, diced
  •   1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  •   6 c
    water
  •   2 Tbsp
    instant bouillon
  •   2 c
    broccoli flowerets
  •   2 c
    carrots, peeled and sliced
  •   3/4 c
    red bell pepper, chopped
  •   1/4 tsp
    pepper
  •  
    "just a pinch" of salt

How To Make

    In a large kettle or dutch oven, brown chicken in oil.

    Add remaining ingredients.
  • 3
    Bring to a boil; reduce heat.

    Simmer uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
