Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts-cubed
- 4 cans cream of potato soup
- 2 cans whole kernel corn with juice
- 2 cans milk
- 2 packages 8oz cream cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons butter
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make chicken corn chowder
-
Step 1Melt the cream cheese in the microwave until very soft. Blend with a little of the milk until it becomes runny. This will help it blend evenly into the soup and eliminates lumps of cream cheese. Place all ingredients in crockpot and slow cook until warmed through or heat on top of stove. Very good the next day after ingredients had time to blend together.
