- 3-4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless cubed
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 can corn
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1-2 tablespoon chicken bouillon
- 2 cups half & half
- 2 cups monterey jack cheese - shredded
How To Make chicken corn chowder

Step 1Cook chicken and onion in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Cook about 10 minutes and add the cheese. Cook another 10-20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.... yummy and quick.
