Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, cold
  • 3-4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless cubed
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can rotel
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1-2 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese - shredded

How To Make chicken corn chowder

  • Step 1
    Cook chicken and onion in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Cook about 10 minutes and add the cheese. Cook another 10-20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.... yummy and quick.
