Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 package wild rice mix
- 2 cups chicken both
- 3 cups water
- 1 package 10 oz frozen broccoli flowerettes
- 1 - carrot shredded
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onions
- 1 can 103/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1 package cream cheese cubed
How To Make chicken, broccoli, rice stew

Step 1In a large saucepan combine rice mix with seasoning packet, chicken broth, shredded chicken, and water. Bring to a boil.

Step 2Reduce heat and cover simmer for 10 minutes, stirring once.

Step 3Stir in the broccoli, carrot and minced onion. Bring back to a boil.

Step 4Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 5Stir in soup and cream cheese. Cook and stir until the cream cheese is melted. Serve with crackers or your favorite fresh rolls.
