Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 package wild rice mix
  • 2 cups chicken both
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 package 10 oz frozen broccoli flowerettes
  • 1 - carrot shredded
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onions
  • 1 can 103/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 package cream cheese cubed

How To Make chicken, broccoli, rice stew

  • Step 1
    In a large saucepan combine rice mix with seasoning packet, chicken broth, shredded chicken, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • Step 2
    Reduce heat and cover simmer for 10 minutes, stirring once.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the broccoli, carrot and minced onion. Bring back to a boil.
  • Step 4
    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Step 5
    Stir in soup and cream cheese. Cook and stir until the cream cheese is melted. Serve with crackers or your favorite fresh rolls.
