dried minced onions

103/4 oz. cream of chicken soup

cream cheese cubed

How to Make Chicken, Broccoli, Rice Stew


  • 1In a large saucepan combine rice mix with seasoning packet, chicken broth, shredded chicken, and water. Bring to a boil.
  • 2Reduce heat and cover simmer for 10 minutes, stirring once.
  • 3Stir in the broccoli, carrot and minced onion. Bring back to a boil.
  • 4Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 5Stir in soup and cream cheese. Cook and stir until the cream cheese is melted. Serve with crackers or your favorite fresh rolls.
