chicken bow tie noodle soup

This is a very simple soup that is very good. I make it with the spinach, but you can leave that out if you want too.

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound bow tie pasta, cooked
- 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 - celery stalks, chopped
- 1 bunch green onions chopped (or less if you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 2 - chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 6 cups chicken broth
- - salt and pepper to your liking
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (optional)
How To Make chicken bow tie noodle soup

Step 1Saute mushrooms, celery, and green onions in large saucepan in butter for 5 minutes.

Step 2Add chicken pieces to pan and brown lightly. Add broth and simmer for 45 minutes.

Step 3Add cooked pasta and spinach and heat till warmed through and spinach is wilted
