SO YUMMY! My family requests this on a regular basis. And I will tell you, the brand called "Al Fresco" makes the best natural chicken apple sausage, even made with real Vermont maple syrup!

Ingredients
- 1 package chicken-apple sausage
- 1/2 bunch fresh kale, chopped
- 2 cans cannellini beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 - bay leaf
- 32 ounces chicken broth, low salt
How To Make chicken-apple sausage, kale, and white bean soup

Step 1Saute sliced sausage in 1 tablespoon Canola oil until brown in large soup pot or dutch oven.

Step 2Drain and rinse beans then add to sausage along with chopped garlic. Saute for 2 minutes until beans are heated through.

Step 3Add bay leaf and chopped kale to pot along with the chicken broth.

Step 4Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 5Top with shredded/shaved parmesan cheese and enjoy!
