chicken and dumplins
You can use any kind of chicken. I perfer to just buy a rotisserie chicken from walmart when I'm out. I think the seasons of the rotisserie chicken bring alot of flavor to this soup!

Ingredients
- 3 large celery sticks chopped
- 2 large whole carrots chopped
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon potultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups bisquick baking mix
How To Make chicken and dumplins

Step 1Spray pot with cooking non-stick spray. Saute chopped celery and carrots on med-high heat for 6 minutes. Stir in broth, poultry season, and pepper. Bring to boil

Step 2Stir together bisquick mix and milk untill blended. Turn dough out onto a heavily floured surface. Roll or pat dough to 1/8-inch thickness.

Step 3Drop dumplins one at a time into boling broth. Stir in chicken. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 8 minutes. Stir occasionally untill dumplins are cooked.
