How to Make Chicken and Dumplins
- Spray pot with cooking non-stick spray. Saute chopped celery and carrots on med-high heat for 6 minutes. Stir in broth, poultry season, and pepper. Bring to boil
- Stir together bisquick mix and milk untill blended. Turn dough out onto a heavily floured surface. Roll or pat dough to 1/8-inch thickness.
- Drop dumplins one at a time into boling broth. Stir in chicken. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 8 minutes. Stir occasionally untill dumplins are cooked.
