me & my hubby love this dish on a crisp fall evening-warms the soul. also good to take for pitch ins at work-just throw it in the crockpot & go. had many complements on this from friends, very yummy.

Ingredients

  • 1
    lg can of white chicken, drained & shredded
  • 1
    15 oz can of enchilada sauce
  • 1
    12oz can evaporated milk
  • 1
    15oz can of northern beans, drained
  • 1
    10.5oz can of cream of chkn soup
  • 1
    10.75oz can of nacho chz soup
  • 1/2 c
    any colored pepper
  • 1/2 c
    diced onions

How to Make Cheezy Chicken Enchilada Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. saute' peppers & onions in a lg saucepan until soft. use a touch of olive oil.
  2. combine rest of ingredients into pan & heat-stir often so mixture doesn`t stick.
  3. ready to eat. great served as a soup w/tortills strips or a dip w/tortilla chips. keeps in the frig for several days.
