me & my hubby love this dish on a crisp fall evening-warms the soul. also good to take for pitch ins at work-just throw it in the crockpot & go. had many complements on this from friends, very yummy.

Ingredients
- 1 - lg can of white chicken, drained & shredded
- 1 - 15 oz can of enchilada sauce
- 1 - 12oz can evaporated milk
- 1 - 15oz can of northern beans, drained
- 1 - 10.5oz can of cream of chkn soup
- 1 - 10.75oz can of nacho chz soup
- 1/2 cup any colored pepper
- 1/2 cup diced onions

Step 1saute' peppers & onions in a lg saucepan until soft. use a touch of olive oil.

Step 2combine rest of ingredients into pan & heat-stir often so mixture doesn`t stick.

Step 3ready to eat. great served as a soup w/tortills strips or a dip w/tortilla chips. keeps in the frig for several days.
