1lg can of white chicken, drained & shredded
115 oz can of enchilada sauce
112oz can evaporated milk
115oz can of northern beans, drained
110.5oz can of cream of chkn soup
110.75oz can of nacho chz soup
1/2 cany colored pepper
1/2 cdiced onions
How to Make Cheezy Chicken Enchilada Dip
- saute' peppers & onions in a lg saucepan until soft. use a touch of olive oil.
- combine rest of ingredients into pan & heat-stir often so mixture doesn`t stick.
- ready to eat. great served as a soup w/tortills strips or a dip w/tortilla chips. keeps in the frig for several days.
