This recipe came with the Member's Mark brand canned chicken breast you buy at Sam's Club. It is super easy and so good! You can cook your own chicken and add it if you prefer.

Ingredients
- 2 cans drained member's mark chicken breast - 13 oz
- 1 can enchilada sauce - 15 oz
- 1 can evaporated milk - 12 oz
- 1 can pinto beans - 15 oz
- 1 can cream of chicken soup - 10.5 oz
- 1 can nacho cheese soup - 10.5 oz
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper (optional)
How To Make cheesy chicken enchilada soup

Step 1Combine all ingredients into a large saucepan.

Step 2Heat on medium heat until soup is hot, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Serve with tortilla chips if desired. (We also like to put a piece of cornbread in the bottom of our bowl and add the soup over it and garnish with a bit of sour cream. And I make it with one can of chicken which works just as well but decreases your serving size somewhat).
