I love this soup you can keep ingredients on hand to prepare on a cold night

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (13oz). can chicken breast
  • 1 can (15oz )enchilada sauce
  • 1 can (12oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (15oz)pinto beans,drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (10.5oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can 10.75oz) nacho cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper

How To Make cheesy chicken enchilada soup

  • Step 1
    1. Combine all ingredients into a large saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Heat on medium until soup is hot, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 3
    Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
