Dump all the ingredients in a large dutch oven

Bring to a rolling boil over high heat

Lower heat to slow simmer

Simmer slowly for 4 hours

Strain in a cheesecloth lined colander

Cool to room temperature

Store in tightly sealed mason jars in the fridge (Keeps about a week)You should get a yield of about a gallon
