How to Make Brunswick Stew

Step-by-Step

  • 1Skin chicken and boil until tender.
  • 2Broil beef until brown.
  • 3Debone, chop, and blend chicken in blender.
  • 4Cook tomato juice, water, and onion slowly (30 minutes); Add bouillon, pepper, meat, and vinegar.
  • 5Add salt and pepper to taste; Cook very slow in heavy pot until thick.
