Ingredients
- 1 box chicken broth
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 12 ounces chopped broccoli
- 2 cups 2% or skim milk
- 1 1/3 cups dry mashed potatoes
- 2 cups cubed chicken (i use bonelss thighs)
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make broccoli-potato soup

Step 1In a large saucepan, brown chicken and onions together, until chicken is done and onions are translucent.

Step 2Add frozen broccoli and chicken broth.Heat to boiling.

Step 3Stir in milk and dry potatoes until well blended.

Step 4Add cheese and salt and pepper.

Step 5Heat over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted and soup is hot.
