One of my senior neighbors who was from Canada gave me this receipe years ago. She was a great cook and trusted me with this wonderful receipe. It's quick and easy, and very tastey.

- YUMMY VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP
- 2 lbs - ground chuck, cooked
- 1 - onion
- 3 - celery stalks
- 8 cups water
- 8 - bouillon cubes-beef
- 1 quart tomatoes, canned and chopped, with liquid
- 2 cans corn
- 2 cans green beens-cut
- 2 cans mushroom pieces
- - any other veggies you would like to add, fresh, frozen or canned.
- 2-3 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- - garlic powder to taste
How To Make yummy burger soup

Step 1Brown burger, onion and celery, add 1 1/2 tesp. salt and 1 tesp. pepper while browning. Garlic can be added also. Drain.

Step 2Add 8 cups water, bouillon, and tomatoes. Stir, and cook for 20 minutes.

Step 3Add vegetables, remaining salt and pepper. Let simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Enjoy!!
