1. Brown meat and drain. Add salt and pepper.
2. Put in crock pot.
3. Top with chopped onion.
4. Wash each can of beans before adding.
5. Add remaining ingredients.
6. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
7. Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
8. May serve with fat free sour cream and fat free
